Background

PT Terra Global Vestal Baturaja (TGVB) is a subsidiary of PT Terra Global Vestal (TGV) given a responsibility to grow a profitable business on upstream oil and gas industry.

In December 19th, 2011, through a Direct Proposal tender process, TGVB acquired and signed the North Baturaja (NBB), onshore South Sumatera field, Block Production Sharing Contract (PSC), for a period of 30 years until 2041.  TGVB holds 100% Participating Interest and Operatorship of the PSC.

NBB is an exploration PSC area which is located in Ogan Komering Ilir and Ogan Komering Ulu Timur regencies, South Sumatera Province, approximately 100 km from Palembang city to the South.
